1. On behalf of the ###th Communication Flight I would like to acknowledge and
thank SSgt
First Last for the outstanding Air
Force Writing class he presented to our Computer
Operators (3CO’s) on Saturday, May 3,
2003.
2. SSgt Last invested his off-duty
time in creating and developing the Air Force
Writing course.
This included a Power-Point presentation and handouts on how to properly
create/write Air Force
letters and memorandums.
3. Military writing follows a technical, detailed protocol
which includes many specifications.
SSgt Last
covered such items as formatting, indentation,
endorsements, attachments, and
punctuation in sufficient depth and precision. His presentation was focused and
comprehensive.
4. SSgt Last is a skilled instructor,
expressing his ideas accurately and clearly. He immediately
established a classroom climate that makes people receptive to new ideas and
suggestions. SSgt
Last presented the topic in an easy, understandable manner. He is
definitely a leader who
genuinely cares about the professional development of his teammates. With this
presentation he
sets the example for others to follow.
5. SSgt Last should be commended for
his capability in passing his knowledge and experience
to others in a meaningful way. He truly is a “TEAM PLAYER” with a “CAN DO”
attitude!
6. Once again, please accept my sincere appreciation and gratitude for your hard
work and
willingness to provide us with an Air Force Writing presentation.
