SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation - TSgt Last
1. On behalf of the Raleigh Recruiting Center
I would like to acknowledge and thank
TSgt First
Last for rendering his services in resolving a networking connectivity
issue with a key
computer system located at Capitol Commons
Shopping Center, 3136 Calvary Suite 101-1,
Raleigh, NC.
2. TSgt Last unselfishly volunteered
not once but four evenings of his personal time to assist
TSgt Finley of the Raleigh USAFR recruiting office with trouble-shooting a
communication
problem. This computer is essential in obtaining time sensitive communications
and documents
to fill critical Air Force positions.
3. TSgt Last patiently researched,
diagnosed, and resolved our computer problem by taking
the time to learn our unique software and hardware configuration. He installed
and configured a
new version of the Earthlink dialer for DSL software and requisitioned a new
network cable,
resolving the problem.
4. TSgt Last's direct involvement,
technical expertise and willingness to help allowed the
Raleigh Recruiting Center to meet its monthly goals and objectives. Please
convey my sincere
gratitude to him; he truly is an asset to your unit and the United States Air
Force.
FIRST M. LAST, SMSgt, USAF
