1. On behalf of the ###th Communication Flight, I would like to acknowledge and thank the
following individuals from the ###th Civil Engineering Squadron who have participated in the
installation of our new A/C unit in our building located at 1151 Guardian Road:

2. All personnel involved in this endeavor have exhibited unparallel professionalism, teamwork,
and dedication to duty in order to successfully install the severely needed air conditioner system
in a limited time frame. This provides strict adherence to the temperature control that is needed
for the electronic communications equipment, in which to train and support of our new mission.

3. They worked numerous hours non-stop both Saturday (12:00 – 19:00) and Sunday (08:00 –
15:00), unselfishly sacrificing their opportunity to participate in our annual 916th Air Refueling
Wing Family Picnic. They installed the 2-1/2 ton Trane split air conditioning system which
entailed running all new copper refrigeration lines and made several modifications to the
ductwork fabrication to overcome design flaws with in the system from the factory. In fact, to
expedite the process and guarantee a quality job, they volunteered the use of their personal tools
to ensure it was successfully completed and 100% operational by the end of the UTA weekend.

4. The members of the ###th Civil Engineering Squadron have demonstrated their abilities,
talent, professionalism, and dedication in order to meet the ##th CF mission to its full potential.
Please convey my sincere gratitude to these individuals; they are true “TEAM PLAYERS” with
“CAN DO” attitudes!
