1. I would like to thank SSgt First Last
for his outstanding work as Security Manager from
28 Apr 03 – 2 May 03.
2. Last UTA SSgt Last volunteered to
take on the additional duty as Primary Security Manager.
In doing so, he elected to pull his Annual Tour as soon as possible in-order to
learn and work on
this program.
3. Within these two weeks SSgt Last
accomplished the following and more:
- Prepared eight security packages, submitted four.
- Loaded security software EPSQ on two workstations and
three laptops
- Installed Sentinal Key and Security Clearance
Tracking software on one PC
- Updated manuals, forms, and spreadsheets in the
Security Manager Handbook
- Enhanced Security Clearance Notification letter for
our members
4. I appreciate SSgt Last taking on
this additional responsibility as I am tasked heavily
elsewhere, preventing me from providing the necessary attention and effort that
this program
requires. After seeing SSgt Last in
action, I am assured that I am leaving this program in good
hands.
