MEMORANDUM FOR ##th CS/CC
FROM: ###th CF/CC
SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation
1. On behalf of the ###th Communications
Flight and the ###th Air Refueling
Wing, I would
like to acknowledge and thank all of your folks for assisting SrA First Last for
an
outstanding hands-on Annual Tour training from Monday,
14 July 2003 to
Sunday, 27 July 2003.
2. With little notice your unit unselfishly provided office space, a laptop, and
use of PA
equipment. SrA Last was able to
successfully complete her SATE training and obtain LAN
access, which greatly helped in obtaining information and compiling articles for
the base
newspaper. Also, the in-depth training she received on digital cameras and
editing has greatly
enhanced her pictures.
3. Everyone had an exceptional attitude and their expert knowledge was
repeatedly demonstrated
throughout this period. Their performance was selfless, dedicated, and committed
to the
objectives of the mission. All of the below individuals clearly deserve this
recognition.

These individuals
are truly an asset to your unit and the United States Air Force.
