stating that you are expecting. You should qualify for a Maternity Clothing
Allowance, provided you have not received a similar payment within the past
three years. Please take a copy of this letter and the AF Form 422 to CPTS
Customer Service Section.
You are responsible to use the Maternity Clothing Allowance for the purchase of
uniform items. It is your responsibility to use the allowance wisely to purchase
adequate maternity uniform items to perform your duties. This is a one-time
payment and the unit will not purchase any further items for you.
