Award ExamplesAir Force Medical Service (AFMS)

|
The following Air Force Medical Service Award, Ambulatory Nurse of Year (FGO), example has been taken out of an IMT document. I have changed mission information to protect myself and the people I have received the information from. I will attempt to give a little insight to the entire process if I know it.

have seen. The one thing to remember is be aware of other awards
being placed into an award package. In this case, the Lance P.
Sijan is an AF Award. Ask yourself, have you ever heard of a
squadron LPS winner? If it doesn't make sense to you, then it
might not make sense to the board. |
