The following Air Force Medical Service Award, Outstanding Dental Airman of
the Year, example has been taken out of an IMT document. I have changed mission information to protect myself and the
people I have received the information from. I will attempt to give a
little insight to the entire process if I know it.

Comments:
Not a bad package. There were a couple of
wasted lines up top. Then there is mypPersonal dislike of "AF
ambassador" in any package, otherwise it seems pretty good.
