little insight to the entire process if I know it.

OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS AND JOB ACCOMPLISHMENT:

- Reinvigorated the Community Liaison Program which provides the commander with a core group of key
civic
leaders from across the command, who serve as his conduits to AFMC's communities; added 17 new members!

productive exchange of information which led to better informed communities. Both visits were winners!

- Planned and executed civic leader tour for 30+ key community leaders from North Carolina and Georgia
that exposed a large group of opinion leaders from three communities to vital AF and AFMC missions

LEADERSHIP / ORGANIZATIONAL & PLANNING SKILLS:
- A true leader! When given a project, Judi tenaciously tackles every detail with no oversight required
- Arranged visit by AFMC commander to Asheville, North Carolina, which included several speaking venues,
enabling him to educate the "non-choir" community about not only AFMC but also the AF
- Arranged focused visit by AFMC/CC to Chicago on Memorial Day to participate in parade and host of other
community events resulting in increased awareness of both AF and AFMC in one of our nation's largest cities
- Deftly organized AFMC's command participation in the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference, the SECDEF
sponsored civilian orientation program, ensuring wide range of nominees from across the command who can help
AFMC meet its priorities in the future, creating liaisons for success and friends for life!
- Selected to orchestrate "Rally in the Valley," a community celebration of military's accomplishments in Iraq
- Organized and led command-wide community relations conference in TN that provided invaluable dialogue and
command-wide strategy improving AF relations in key cities such as San Antonio, Boston, Atlanta, and L.A.
- Set up CC's successful participation at the Kentucky Speedway's Meijer 300 NASCAR race in June
- Facilitated AFMC leadership, congressional delegation and civic leader participation in Dayton Int'l Airshow
JUDGMENT AND DECISIONS:
