The following example has been taken out of a IMT so the formatting
might be off. I did not changed mission information,
only names to protect myself and the
people I have received the information from.
I will attempt to give a
little insight to the entire process if I know it.

OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS AND JOB ACCOMPLISHMENT:

new, diverse communities--Is he expeditionary? Yes! Is he multifunctional? Sure! Is he the total package? You Bet!

- Media Savvy! Won extraordinary coverage of B-1 bombing of priority Iraqi leadership target--highlighted critical message

- Completed NCO Academy at {BASE} AFB--chosen to lead team on speaking project that earned the top score of 96!
- Cares about people and it shows! Stepped up to the plate while in Oman when a rabbi could not be found to provide for
deployed Jewish servicemembers during Passover Seder--he researched, prepared and conducted the services himself!
General Notes:
Wow. I really like this for two reasons. It is out side my
expertise, and it is for an award I have never seen. I like the way it
follows basic writing principles.
