I will attempt to give a
little insight to the entire process if I know it.

items has taken considerable amount of time to put together. Please use

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Outstanding Leadership! Plans/oversees all aspects of our UTA. Invests significant amount of personal
time to
ensure resources/people/equipment are in place/on time. Supervises/manages 18 members, from Amn to MSgt
-Seizes challenges! Spearheaded transitioning {FLT} to staff service desk full-time at 916th Job Control
during UTAs. Provides {WING}, 960 users, with support for all computer/network needs. A 1st at SJAFB!
-- Real world work/training! Under his leadership/management team's outstanding notable achievements are:
--- Re-imaged/configured/setup 437 new computers to meet AF standards/replace outdated equipment/software
--- Installed/upgraded Symantec Anti-Virus software on 363 computers, reducing vulnerability to virus attacks
--- Installed Air Force Certified (AFCERT) patches on over 224 workstations, resolving known software errors
--- Reset over 200 user passwords, decreasing downtime/immediately allowing members to become productive
--- Renamed 176 computers to ACC standards, preventing disconnection from network, no disruption in service
--- Expedited connection of 130+ users to {WING}'s new e-mail server, restoring critical communications
--- Inventoried 124 Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE), maintaining accountability for all equipment
- Key person in improving working relations with 4th Communications Squadron. His perseverance/expertise in
human relations allowed {FLT} to establish/maintain an outstanding partnership with
{SQU} active duty
-- Active team building! Participated in development of signed "Memorandum of Understanding" between units
-- Motivates others! In one year, {SQU} certified 67% of our team on "3C0 - Initial Qualification Training" exam
