The following Example has been taken out of IMT viewer so the formatting
might be off. I did not changed mission information,
only names to protect myself and the
people I have received the information from.
I will attempt to give a
little insight to the entire process if I know it.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Leads by example; diligent professionalism with an extreme work ethic who proved invaluable to the mission
- Always ready; mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) from June 03 to January 04; first to volunteer

- Produced detailed maps of Camp Swampy, Camp Swampier and Air Traffic Ops Center network infrastructure

equipment and documented for latest anti-virus update; ensured all patches were installed and working
- Led deployed team as computer and printer maintenance primary technician during period when the site was

OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- While deployed, volunteered to DJ the music for the Christmas and New Years party; received high accolades
- Duly recognized as the Outstanding Performer for the Month of Sept 2003 for his contributions to the mission
