The following Example has been taken out of a FORMFLOW document or Word Doc. I have changed mission information to protect myself and the people I have received the information from. I will attempt to give a little insight to the entire process if I know it. If you have anything you would like to submit, please do so. In this package like most in 2001, the central them in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Due to the important of the Operation almost every award had a reference to it. The same can be said about Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). We are military members, and focusing on what the military is doing at the time is very smart of the writers. The use of "buzz" words are important. As you will see, using them helps illustrate to the judge/reader what they have been hearing is what the individual has been accomplishing. Uses an opening line - Not Required but beneficial due to the person was new and was hit with a multitude of tasks that are explained within the package. - Superior airman; expertise, initiative and maturity beyond his peers ... made difficult tasks look easy - Administered three Deployable Transit-cased System (DTS)--cutting-edge imagery exploitation system for U-2/Predator/Global Hawk/satellite platforms ... lifeblood of Air Force' "reachback" technology - Strives to make unit succeed; effectively sustains Distributed Ground Station-? This is usually true across the board, but it depends on your location and mission. |
