The only person looking out for either you or your subordinate is YOU! Use a spell checker (F7 in Office)  Remember, writing doesn't have to win to REWARD! Use various writing resources like Merriam-Webster Online.

The following Example has been taken out of IMT viewer so the formatting might be off.  I did not changed mission information, only names to protect myself and the people I have received the information from.  If you have anything you would like to submit, please do so.  If you have found this information useful, please let me know. Note:

  Not a bad award.  Author changed the way they addressed Squadron, it was either ### or ###th.  The best thing is to pick one method and stick to it.  The other item that stuch out was the transistion for 1st shirt, 1st sergeant, and first sergeant....  pick one and stick to it.  Finally, there was one spelling error and a couple of numbering errors.  Numbers under 10 spelled out unless they deal with time or follow numbers larger than 10 in the same bullet.
