The following Example has either been taken out of a IMT document. I have changed mission information to protect myself and the
people I have received the information from. I will attempt to give a
little insight to the entire process if I know it.
If you have anything you would like to submit, please do so. Also, if
you have found this information useful, please let me know. Everyone of these
items has taken considerable amount of time to put together. Please use
the ads on this site to help support the site. All money gathered pays for
hosting fees and domain fees. (HONESTLY, when I see money come in it also
prompts me to work harder on the site.)
LEADERSHIP AND JOB PERFORMANCE IN PRIMARY DUTY:
- Motivated and dedicated; Supervised 30 personnel; selected as AFSouth Services/MWA SNCO of the Year
- Managed 5 facilities; Gym, Pool, Library, Community and Bowling Center supporting more than 7500 people
- Prepared and justified MWA's annual income, expense, and capital expenditure budgets over $1.2 million
- Managed 3 renovation projects that improved recreational and leisure desires for the AFSouth community

- Enhanced the quality of life for local youth; assisted the International School and the Anglo-Italian Montessori
School with their annual Christmas Concert, over 1200 entertained -- efforts applauded by faculty and family
- Directed MWA's support in assisting German NCO Association during Octoberfest; more than 1500 attendees
- Volunteered with the youth basketball training camp; developed fundamental and good sportsmanship programs
NOTE: Man problem is attention to detail. Numbers under 10
must be spelled out; unless it is a time or in a series of numbers that are
greater then 10. I also like the $$$ bullets. Lots of impact with
little room for error.
